Peter Cooke's role is to work with Company Management & the Contractor or Staff member to work out a viable, satisfactory, transparent and workable arrangement.
As the principal of
Peter Cooke Consultants I have worked as an IT Contractor Agent for
over 40 years, commencing with Adaps People March 1980 and establishing
Peter Cooke Consultants December 1986.
During this period of 40+ years I have been successfully involved with
many Major Australian & Multi-National Corporate Companies providing
contractors & staff covering most of the IT spectrum.
Contractors worked for Peter Cooke Consultants either as an Incorporated
Company (ABN) or on a PAYG basis. Under a facilitation "Contractor
Umbrella" agreement all staff work as a PAYG employee of Peter Cooke
Consultants as contractors. Peter Cooke pays all
relevant State & Federal Taxes including -Income Tax, Payroll Tax,
GST, Superannuation SGL & Workers Compensation Insurance.
INTEGRITY is Significant in my

and meet their objectives- this is just one reason Client Company’s
